Industry Order Marketplace
Bad Bunnys utilizes a SeAT module to provide an Industry Order Marketplace, a platform where members can request items they need and other members can fulfill those orders by producing and delivering them.
This system helps facilitate internal trade and production within the corporation.
Placing an Order
1. Access the Industry Module in SeAT: Navigate to the “Industry” module within your Bad Bunnys SeAT portal.
2. Add an Order: Click the option to “Add Order.”
This will bring up the “Create Order” form.
3. Fill Out the Order Form:
- Reference: Enter a descriptive name for your order.
- Deliver To: This will likely default to your character.
Ensure it's correct. - Order Items: Copy and paste a list of the items you need, including quantities.
You can use the MULTIBUY and FITTINGS formats as shown in the examples. - Quantity: Specify the total quantity of the order (this might auto-populate based on the “Order Items”).
- Price Provider: This will be set to “SEAT,” and the price will include a 1% markup to incentivize production.
- Reward %: This is the markup applied (likely 1%).
- Days to complete: Set the desired timeframe for the order to be completed (default is 30 days).
- Location: Choose the station where you want the items to be delivered.
- Priority: Select the priority level for your order (usually “Normal”).
- Reserve Corp: Check this box if you want the order to be exclusive to Bad Bunnys members.
- Comments: Add any additional details or instructions for potential producers.
4. Add Order: Click the “Add Order” button.
5. Confirm Your Order: You will be taken to a confirmation screen with the details of your order.
Review everything carefully.
6. Confirm Order: Click the green “Confirm” button.
Your order will now be listed in the marketplace with an “Available” status.
You can view your orders under the “My Orders” tab in the Industry module.
Each order will have a unique code.
Fulfilling an Order (Making a Delivery)
1. Access the Industry Module in SeAT: Navigate to the “Industry” module.
2. View Available Orders: Go to the “Available” tab to see a list of open orders from other members.
3. Select an Order: Click on an order you wish to fulfill.
This will take you to the order details screen (similar to the confirmation screen the order creator sees).
4. Prepare Delivery: Click the “Delivery” button in the top right corner.
This will take you to the “Prepare Delivery” screen.
5. Specify Quantities: For each item in the order, enter the quantity you are able to provide in the “Selected Quantity” column.
You can use the “Fill Order” button to automatically select the remaining quantities.
6. Create Delivery: After specifying the quantities, proceed to create the delivery within SeAT.
7. Create In-Game Contract: SeAT will provide you with the necessary information to create an in-game Item Exchange contract.
This information will be displayed on a screen similar to the “Deliver the goods” image you shared and will include:
- Contract Type: Item Exchange
- Location: The delivery destination specified in the order.
- Contract To: The character who placed the order.
- I will receive: The ISK reward for your delivery.
- Expiration: The contract expiration time.
- Description: The unique delivery code.
- Tip: You can often click on the results marked with a to copy them directly to your clipboard .
8. Assign Contract: Create the in-game contract with these details and assign it to the character of the member who placed the order.
9. Deliver Items: Ensure the items specified in your delivery are included in the item exchange contract.
10. Mark as Delivered in SeAT: Once you have created and submitted the in-game contract, go back to the “Deliveries” tab for the order in SeAT and mark your delivery as “delivered.”
11. Order Updates: The order in SeAT will be automatically updated with the quantities you have delivered.
Key Features
* 1% Markup: A 1% markup is automatically added to the price of all items ordered through the marketplace to incentivize production.
* Unique Codes: Every order and delivery has a unique code for easy tracking and management.
* Reserve Corp: Order creators can choose to reserve their orders for Bad Bunnys members only.
* Deliveries Tab: The “Deliveries” tab on the order confirmation screen allows both the order creator and delivering members to track the status of fulfillments.
